Shipping Rates
We strive to keep shipping affordable and transparent. Rates are calculated based on your delivery location:
West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM7.00.
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): Flat rate of RM15.00
Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders totaling RM300 and above (applicable nationwide).
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, the estimated delivery windows are:
West Malaysia: 3 – 5 business days.
East Malaysia: 5 – 7 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.
Processing Time: Please allow 2 – 3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order after payment confirmation.
Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email ot whatsapp containing your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or returned parcels caused by incorrect address details.
