Are Renée Labo products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. We prioritise gentle, plant-based ingredients designed for skin comfort. However, as individual sensitivities vary, we always recommend performing a patch test before regular use.

No. We are committed to natural formulations. All our scents are derived exclusively from pure essential oils and botanical extracts.
Our balms are primarily formulated for adult skin. For children under 5, please consult with us prior to use, as young skin is more delicate and requires lower essential oil concentrations.
All skincare and haircare are vegan. Please note that our balms contain ethically sourced beeswax.
For optimal freshness, we recommend using them within 6–12 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their efficacy.

Shipping & Returns FAQs

Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide across Malaysia, covering both West and East Malaysia.
We take 2–3 working days to process and prepare your order. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days for West Malaysia and 5–7 working days for East Malaysia.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer complimentary shipping for all orders above RM300.
To ensure product integrity, we cannot accept returns unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective. Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery for a prompt resolution.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor its journey.
